Aquiles inside Word
Courts want Word documents. Opposing counsel sends Word documents. Your firm’s templates are Word documents. We get it.
The Aquiles Word Add-in brings your workspace into Microsoft Word, so you can work where you need to while staying connected to your case intelligence.
What it does
The add-in opens as a taskpane inside Word, connecting directly to your Aquiles workspace:
- Extract case facts from the document you’re editing and add them to your case log
- Insert references from your workspace — pull in excerpts from uploaded reference files without switching apps
- AI analysis — run AI queries grounded in your workspace context, right from the Word sidebar
- Sync documents between Word and your Aquiles workspace
Why it matters
Not everything happens inside Aquiles. Sometimes you’re working on a document that started as a Word file, or you need to make edits in Word for compatibility reasons. The add-in ensures you don’t lose access to your case context when you’re working in Word.
Your workspace intelligence travels with you — case facts, reference files, and AI analysis are accessible whether you’re in Aquiles or in Word.
Built on Office.js
The add-in uses Microsoft’s Office Add-in platform, which means it works with Word on desktop and Word Online. It has full access to the document you’re editing, and communicates with your local Aquiles instance for workspace data and AI features.
